Tom's Ford dealership is by far the most professional I have ever dealt with. They were very thorough in promptly getting answers to any questions I had. The lease was up on my 2010 Ford Fusion. Since the time of the last contract my situation had changed very dramaticlly. The company I had worked for lost the contract at the site location I had worked for the past eight years. The good news was the winning company asked me to stay on but at a much lower salary. Everyone knows what the economey is like and most people will say, "Your lucky you have a job!" Well I was certain that a 2012 Ford Fusion was out of the question. I was looking at the Ford Focus which I wasn't entirely happy about. Well thanks to Mike Bastedo and Marty Marotta in lease finance they understood what I was going through and did everything in their power to get me into a 2012 Ford Fusion. After several hours in the dealership, a deal was worked out and I can now say I am the pround driver of a brand new 2012 Ford Fusion SE. And the credit has to go to those two gentelmen. So as I write this note I begin my sixth consecutive lease with Ford Motor Credit which started back in 1996 with a Ford Windstar followed by two Ford Taurus' and now my third Ford Fusion. We had a wonderful experience dealing with Rod Anderson of Tom's Ford. Living three and a half hours away in Connecticut, we did virtually the entire transaction over the phone or via email. While this is obviously not the norm for most people, we mention it only to point out the professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness of the customer service you receive even if you are not right there on the showroom floor. We negotiated a very competitive price for the car, as well as for our trade-in. When we arrived to pick up our new Fusion Sport, Rod was waiting for us with a friendly smile and a firm handshake. With the able assistance of Business Manager Scott Nusbaum, the paperwork to close the deal proceeded smoothly and efficiently. The service department did a great job prepping the car and had it ready to go at the agreed upon time. As we were leaving the dealership to head back to Connecticut, Rod asked us to stop by if we were in the area again in the future and you could tell he wasn't just saying it; he really meant it. Overall, we were very impressed with Rod Anderson and the entire team at Tom's Ford which made for an excellent new car buying experience. We highly recommend Tom's Ford. More
Since I was looking for my first used car, I decided to visit many dealerships. Some were friendly and some were straight up snotty. I found this dealership online and decided to give it a try. The dealership is great and so is the car. The pricing is very fair. I would definitely recommend this dealership for used cars! The sales experience was pleasurable. I never felt hassled through the whole experience. I told Ken what I needed and how much I wanted to spend and he gave it to me. Both men were exceptional both professionally and on a personal level they made you feel like you knew them forever. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ken & Scott at Tom's ford in the future and to also buy from Tom's Ford again. More
