Contacted Toms Ford attempting to purchase a Ford Maverick that was listed on their website and one of car sales apps(CarGurus, Autotrader, Cars.Com) Upon reaching a salesperson by the name of Pamela Maverick that was listed on their website and one of car sales apps(CarGurus, Autotrader, Cars.Com) Upon reaching a salesperson by the name of Pamela Lopusnak, she told me all Hybrid Mavericks are sold. She then contacted me via text mentioning they have 2 Hybrids available, but are selling them for $7,500 OVER MSRP! She said they need to charge over MSRP to "keep the lights on." I declined interest and told her I would report their dealership to Ford for their ridiculous and unfair business practice. See attached screenshots. If they do business like this they should not be allowed any more allocations. Buyer beware of this dealership. This will be forwarded to Ford Vice President of Sales, Andrew Frick. More

I ordered a ford maverick back in August and my Sales Associate Armaan was very nice and kept in contact with me throughout the buying process. He never pressured me into anything else and thats what I r Associate Armaan was very nice and kept in contact with me throughout the buying process.
