Great service, great team! The moment I walked in to the service department Jack ofrrered to help me. All I wanted was regular maintenance but he treated me like it was the most The moment I walked in to the service department Jack ofrrered to help me. All I wanted was regular maintenance but he treated me like it was the most important thing in the world. That's the kind of service I like. I didn't expect to have my car vacuumed either. The nice men and women who did it worked as a team. I told them they didn't have to, but they did it anyway. Jack assured me that he wanted to make sure that I had an exceptional experience, and I did! The entire team was courteous and mad sure my wants and needs were met. I can always count on Jack to take care of me and my car. Jon, Vu, Luke, George and Cassidy are great to talk to and will answer all of your questions. In the rare instance that they don't know the answer, they will find it for you. My salesman came to make sure I am happy with my Jetta. I couldn't see myself going anywhere esle for service, VW or not. More

Tom Wood Volkswagen Service Experience A lot of times people don't like to take their car to the dealer for service because they think it will cost too much. I will say that my experience i A lot of times people don't like to take their car to the dealer for service because they think it will cost too much. I will say that my experience is that they are pretty reasonably. When they service my car it's done right the first time. They have great customer service which is a plus. The technicians are very knowledgeable and courteous. The facility is always clean and I love the way they treat their customers! I took my car somewhere else (very popular known place) once for an oil change that ended with them keeping my car over night. So I learned my lesson. More

They care Over the past 10 years, I've bought 2 cars from this dealership. They've had some management turnover during this time, but it's the service departme Over the past 10 years, I've bought 2 cars from this dealership. They've had some management turnover during this time, but it's the service department that keeps me coming back. The service team takes care of me. I even bring my non-VW cars to this service department. They get my vehicle in quickly, listen to my concerns, run thorough tests, and the pricing is usually better than fair. They don't nickel-and-dime me like previous dealerships have. John Maxwell, leadership author, writes that at the end of the day we all want to do business with those we know and like. I've been able to build some friendships with the sales and service team members. And we all want to go where everyone knows our name, right? More
