The oil change reminder, and mileage sticker was not replaced in the front windshield. Inquired as to having a purchased air filter from your parts department replaced and was informed that there would replaced in the front windshield. As a repeat customer I would have expected, and appreciated this simple task being complimentary. The air filter was purchased based on the recommendation upon my last visit as needing to be changed or replaced. At the completion of this oil change it was not indicated that the air filter needed to be replaced. Which differs from the recommendation of my last visit in so much as the filter had not been replaced. However, a noise associated with the steering wheel was resolved with a dab of Grease at no charge. Which was greatly appreciated. Also, I was giving a price quote to replace two belts which was suggested would resolve a squeaking noise experienced upon starting the vehicle in the morning. The parts more specifically the belts seemed in line cost-wise, however the labor seemed a little exorbitant in price. More

I would recommend Tom Wood Toyota for service needs. That being said, for items that are not difficult to change yourself, do it yourself. They were going to charge me $63 to replace the cabin filter. I chan being said, for items that are not difficult to change yourself, do it yourself.
