Two weeks after I had a servie at Tom Wood, a screw fell off an undercarriage cover, and when I took it in they fixed it for me at no charge in about 30 minutes! I love this Toyota dealership. Roy has time and time again expressed his want to help get me the best service while working to save me money. I needed tires and I called him at work and told him what I needed, he called me back within get me the best service while working to save me money. I told him I would call discount tire and get some prices also and he was fine with that. He called me back within 15 minutes with a price I could afford. I always get excellent service at this location. I do, however dread hearing a call to report to the service area instead of the cashier. Mr.Thordarson was very thorough with his explanations-still I was disappointed that even though I downloaded a coupon, and thought I would only pay $39.99 for a service, I ended up paying more than ten times that much.
