Too long a delay, too many issues It took 3 hours for rotation, alignment and filters. No one checkedor informed me of issues. When paying, system failed. Had to repay the next day. Bought my tires at dealership but noticed i got billed for rotation and alignment when they should be free. I should not have to tell you about your guidelines and policies. That is the job of your customer service rep. More

Bad costumer service I was there on 7/12/17 . Took my 2012 tundra crew max to Maintence service. Wife drop the truck off about 1:00pm, everything good. Went & pick my t I was there on 7/12/17 . Not a single one of them acknowledged me. I'm about 5'8" Hispanic guy tattoos on my left arm. Still good whatever!?, one of them walks away say he'll be back. A white couple walks in & every one in there ask this couple if they need it something from the get go.!! I been going to this place for the the past 4yrs to get service on my tundra. Terrible how this employees made me feel! Sad is what this is. This place is the only place who has put hands on my truck since the 1st oil change at 5,000 miles. I have rims on my truck after market rims, with time I started noticing that my hubcaps were missing 1st one then 2 until last time at my 35,000 mile service I realized that when they do the tire rotation they don't put the caps back the right way $150.00 that's the price of my hubcaps.each!! So those been falling off my truck afterwards. This is the only place tha puts hands on my truck. Any way not only the techs here are careless but their employees also. & racist.! But enough said with my experience here, I won't be returning to this game place. Hopefully they realize what's goes on or the way they behave & change their beliefs on how to treat humas, without looking at the way one looks or color of skin... No stars for this place or service. No to Tom Wood Toyota Service Department Service dept- Erin is good, Vicky is okay, and the rest I don't trust at all based upon personal experience with them. I was told I needed a new battery by one of the service advisors and come to find out that wasn't true after getting 3 other professional opinions. They send surveys out all the time. No one at Tom Wood Toyota service pays attention to them. Their survey says "If you can't rate us 100% give us a chance to rectify it first". I talked to the service manager Jeremy and his boss' boss(African American male siting in the sales department- I can't remember his name). He was what I call a "nice nasty". He tried to act professional but came off really indignant. In summary, his message came off to me as he was saying 'if you want to keep coming here deal with the service advisor you like, it not then keep it moving and go somewhere else I don't need your business.' Duh, I know that and don't need sarcasm. I came to him to understand why would his service advisors tell me to get a battery replacement and I didnt' need one and I had the documentation from the other 3 professional battery checks. A coworker told me about this site so I'm going to see what the other Toyota dealers ratings are like to determine who to go to in the future. Really disappointed in them because I have been a long standing customer since 1996 when I owned my first Toyota. Sales Department - they are a little bit too pushy for me. More

The Prius has an option for the reverse warning to change to a single beep. Per the manual, it says “settings can be changed by your Toyota dealer”. I came in on a Saturday to try to get this done. The service department said they would do it for $59. I found this totally unacceptable and told them that, along with others on the sales floor. I left without having it done. I could understand the charge if this were not a new car, purchased elsewhere or required significant time to do. It takes a couple of minutes to make the change I asked for. I made other arrangements for the change and will look elsewhere for future service. More

I took my chevy lumins 1996 on life support machine due to massive oil leak. Before evrn the work completion time, Tony called telling me my car is ready. It was a great surprise. My experience was very good, customer service wise. Service manager kept me informed regarding my vehicle. One thing I was disapointed in, was regarding my other concern regarding my vehicle and the t Service manager kept me informed regarding my vehicle. One thing I was disapointed in, was regarding my other concern regarding my vehicle and the transmission. Tech was unable to find any problem regarding my transmission concern. As soon as I left the dealership my concern was evident regarding my transmission as I pulled oput of the dealership. My Water Pump was replaced and I checked my coolant level and much to my surprise, my coolant reservoir was not filled up to the full level. Now, I either have to buy a gallon of Toyota Coolant or have service top off the vehicle which means I have to bring the vehicle back to the dealership! Other then that, everything regarding customer service met my expectations. More

I initially went in for service to my 2010 Camry, and left in a 2012 Camry-- quite unexpected!! I worked with Brad Roberts and he was very helpful, personable, and relatable in working w/me to find somet left in a 2012 Camry-- quite unexpected!! I worked with Brad Roberts and he was very helpful, personable, and relatable in working w/me to find something that I would love. I was able to tell him what I was looking for in a vehicle, and he provided that for me. We went on a thorough test drive-- city streets and highway-- so that I was able to get a good feel of how the car rides. Brad was very helpful in working to get it to where I did not have to put any money down (as I was not even prepared to buy a vehicle, and my focus is currently on saving for a home), and my monthly car payments were the same amount (actually less-- it came up a few dollars when I purchased the extended warranty-- But was still w/in the amount of my current car payment!). I must say, I was quite pleased, and glad that I came to Tom Wood Toyota. More
