Loyalty doesn't matter here. After being a loyal customer for years I took my Tacoma in for service. At the end of the day, I was told it would be almost 8 grand to fix my truck. I also called around and got other quotes from other mechanics for the same jobs. After searching for awhile found someone in Greenwood who would do the exact same job for 3 grand. Need I say anymore. More

Too long a delay, too many issues It took 3 hours for rotation, alignment and filters. No one checkedor informed me of issues. When paying, system failed. Had to repay the next day. Bought my tires at dealership but noticed i got billed for rotation and alignment when they should be free. I should not have to tell you about your guidelines and policies. That is the job of your customer service rep. More
Bad costumer service I was there on 7/12/17 . Took my 2012 tundra crew max to Maintence service. Wife drop the truck off about 1:00pm, everything good. Went & pick my t I was there on 7/12/17 . Not a single one of them acknowledged me. I'm about 5'8" Hispanic guy tattoos on my left arm. Still good whatever!?, one of them walks away say he'll be back. A white couple walks in & every one in there ask this couple if they need it something from the get go.!! I been going to this place for the the past 4yrs to get service on my tundra. Terrible how this employees made me feel! Sad is what this is. This place is the only place who has put hands on my truck since the 1st oil change at 5,000 miles. I have rims on my truck after market rims, with time I started noticing that my hubcaps were missing 1st one then 2 until last time at my 35,000 mile service I realized that when they do the tire rotation they don't put the caps back the right way $150.00 that's the price of my hubcaps.each!! So those been falling off my truck afterwards. This is the only place tha puts hands on my truck. Any way not only the techs here are careless but their employees also. & racist.! But enough said with my experience here, I won't be returning to this game place. Hopefully they realize what's goes on or the way they behave & change their beliefs on how to treat humas, without looking at the way one looks or color of skin... No stars for this place or service. More

No to Tom Wood Toyota Service Department Service dept- Erin is good, Vicky is okay, and the rest I don't trust at all based upon personal experience with them. I was told I needed a new battery by one of the service advisors and come to find out that wasn't true after getting 3 other professional opinions. They send surveys out all the time. No one at Tom Wood Toyota service pays attention to them. Their survey says "If you can't rate us 100% give us a chance to rectify it first". I talked to the service manager Jeremy and his boss' boss(African American male siting in the sales department- I can't remember his name). He was what I call a "nice nasty". He tried to act professional but came off really indignant. In summary, his message came off to me as he was saying 'if you want to keep coming here deal with the service advisor you like, it not then keep it moving and go somewhere else I don't need your business.' Duh, I know that and don't need sarcasm. I came to him to understand why would his service advisors tell me to get a battery replacement and I didnt' need one and I had the documentation from the other 3 professional battery checks. A coworker told me about this site so I'm going to see what the other Toyota dealers ratings are like to determine who to go to in the future. Really disappointed in them because I have been a long standing customer since 1996 when I owned my first Toyota. Sales Department - they are a little bit too pushy for me. More
