It was a fine experience. Easy to get an appointment, changed the appointment with no problems when we lost a key fob and needed to replace it. Barbara Zimny is awesome. I purchased a new 2022 Toyota Sienna Platinum at a different dealership (which was a big mistake!) but take it to Barbara for service because she is I purchased a new 2022 Toyota Sienna Platinum at a different dealership (which was a big mistake!) but take it to Barbara for service because she is far superior to the service department at the other dealership. I have worked with 3 different service advisors now, and am now convinced they are all good. Most recently it was Scott Goodson. They are good in every possible way. Honesty and integrity are hard to come am now convinced they are all good. Most recently it was Scott Goodson. They are good in every possible way. Honesty and integrity are hard to come by with dealer service departments nowadays. I have a direct comparison in this case with another large area dealership representing a domestic brand, and I will not return there. The other place had my vehicle for 2 weeks before even looking at it! Then when the did, they did minimal work and charged me a fortune. I did not feel like they cared about me or my vehicle. Tom Wood service however, I highly recommend. I’m not saying it’s cheap, but you at least know you’re in good hands. More
My repair experience with customer service rep Nick Coulbern was outstanding. After I winced at the proposed price of a new tire, he found me a less expensive one. He also told me I can order a new Pri Coulbern was outstanding. After I winced at the proposed price of a new tire, he found me a less expensive one. He also told me I can order a new Prius via the dealership. I was promptly greeted when I arrived and was treated politely. The work was finished before the promised time and under the initial cost estimate. The upstairs waiting area (with coffee service) was clean, spacious and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for more. More
