Service fees too high Brought in 1 of my cars for oil change and tire rotation. At first was told $80 for oil change..way, way too expensive! I told my service underwriter Brought in 1 of my cars for oil change and tire rotation. At first was told $80 for oil change..way, way too expensive! I told my service underwriter (Justin Lewis) that this was much more than I was used to paying ($34) and I would have to go elsewhere for future service. Justin went the extra mile and found out there was a special going on that was within what I had expected to be reasonable. He was very courteous and professional and said that the dealership would not want to loose my business, which I appreciated. I will be back as long as I feel that I am not being charged “crazy” service fees. The new dealership is very nice, but I don’t want to feel that i’m Being “ripped off” to pay for it. Please re-evaluate your service fees, I can’t be the only one who feels like this. More

Follow-up From Recent Service Visit I called the service department on Monday morning to bring my car in for a maintenance check and was given an appointment for that same afternoon. I appreciated their timeliness, professionalism, service, and follow-up. The new facility is gorgeous extremely clean. My only regret is that I was unable to afford the extended service agreement when I purchased the 2017 Camry last year. Sadly, due to limited income I will need to take my car some place else for servicing when my agreement expires. More
