Found the problem I had an odd clicking sound in my car that another mechanic could not diagnose. So I went to Tom Wood and they diagnosed it immediately. It was a sma I had an odd clicking sound in my car that another mechanic could not diagnose. So I went to Tom Wood and they diagnosed it immediately. It was a small problem they always look the car over and give a free car wash and their service staff is very courteous. There are the pros. I just wish they were closer to downtown. More

Service at the service department I bring two cars in for maintenance on a regular basis. The guys at the service department take such great care of the vehicles, and make me feel like I bring two cars in for maintenance on a regular basis. The guys at the service department take such great care of the vehicles, and make me feel like I could come any time for air in my tires or a quick car wash! Very bad experience Left my car for service at 7.30am and waited one hour. Later I was informed about additional work required which would take another hour. I asked to d Left my car for service at 7.30am and waited one hour. Later I was informed about additional work required which would take another hour. I asked to deliver car to my home when its ready. I didn’t receive any call till 11am and when I called back several times, I was told car will be delivered immediately but nothing happened. Finally after several follow ups, received car at 3.30pm but with no explanation for the delay. I had to miss my work because of this. I dont have ant good reason to go there again for service. More

Oil change I typically have a great experience but this time i didn’t. Mainly because I had asked to have my plates and wipers put on while my car was in service I typically have a great experience but this time i didn’t. Mainly because I had asked to have my plates and wipers put on while my car was in service but that did not happen even after I followed up. Also, they checked my brakes but when I had to suddenly hit them I felt some grinding. More
