Mr.Thordarson was very thorough with his explanations-still I was disappointed that even though I downloaded a coupon, and thought I would only pay $39.99 for a service, I ended up paying more than ten times that much. I went to Tom Wood and the car was pulled around front and freshly washed for my inspection. Mike was a great sales representative with no pressure and no b/s, he is very straightforward which goes a long way when looking for a car. I was anticipating some money from the Army and informed Mike of this, he got me approved on the spot and told me to post date the check and let him know when it would clear. The Tom Wood Toyota staff is amazing and very friendly. They worked with me every step of the way and I will go nowhere else to get vehicles in the future. More
This place is great. It was a little bit far away & honestly not in the best neighborhood, but it was worth it. We bought an awesome new Tundra & Ken was a true professional. We had been shopping on the internet for several months to not just get the best deal, but also the perfect truck for our business. Ken was quick with answering our questions, and we had lots of them. He was way more knowledgable than other places we contacted. We had trouble finding all of the right details for the truck but Ken suggested some add-ons and accessories that he was able to order and have delivered and installed the next day. They accidentally scratched the tail gate when installing things, but when we pointed it out, they fixed it on the spot. We got a great deal on the perfect truck and the people went out of there way to help us. We already sent one of employees in to get a truck from them too.
