I went to Tom Wood on March 23rd & came home with a new van. My wife & I are expecting our first child & thinking practically we decided to buy a van, & after talking doing a little research we decided new van. This is what brought us to Tom Wood, even though we live about 45min away, but they had the model we wanted. We worked with Mike & he was anything but the stereotypical car salesman. He was straight forward about the vehicle & about Toyotas in general, plus he wasn't pressuring us to buy something from the moment he met us. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with the van & offered to show us some other models without trying to get us to spend more than we wanted.
