Buying a vehicle is always stressful. I put off the decision for awhile, just not wanting to deal with it. My friends asked me of the salesperson survived the ordeal. I was very happy to report he did! Robbie was patient, helpful, informed, and did not pressure me one whit. Almost everything was handled over the phone. The entire process was very smooth and I did not have to turn into a warrior princess to get what I wanted. The finance terms were fair, my new iQ is great, and I only got two blocks from the dealership before a guy rolled down his window to tell me he liked my car. Can't get much better than that! More

I helped my widowed 72 year old mother buy a new Toyota Prius. It would be her first brand new car in 50 years.
