Aleks eased a lot of pain for me I loved the way he maid everything seem so simple and understanding, he really put a new meaning to salesman to me, he was straight to the point and honest. We looked around the Internet at several used cars. After doing the research, Tom Wood Toyota had the best deal. We called and Robbie answered. We asked about a Ford Taurus we saw online. We were nervous as we went out to meet Robbie. He was very helpful!! We took the car for a test drive and to our mechanic. It was solid. The CD changer was not in the car. Robbie answered all my questions. They had the exact color I was looking for. Came and picked me up because I didn't have a way to get to the dealership. Sold it to me at a great price and interest rate color I was looking for. Came and picked me up because I didn't have a way to get to the dealership. Sold it to me at a great price and interest rate. Poor communication after vehicle purchase. On 3 occasions that car was in for service or repair with first 3 weeks of owning it, I was told that work would take less time than it really did. I shopped for my new Prius all over the Indy area. After hearing from each of them how this vehicle was in such demand with gas at $4 /gallon, that there was very little room to deal on such a fuel efficien hearing from each of them how this vehicle was in such demand with gas at $4 /gallon, that there was very little room to deal on such a fuel efficient car I was getting discouraged. It didn't seem like they needed or wanted my business. I asked each of them to give me a reason to buy from them and nobody was giving me a reason that touched my wallet. I didnt have salesmen hawking me as soon as i hit the door at Wood, I was eventually asked if i needed help. WHen I met Brad, and told him he had the car I wanted if he just gave me a reason to buy from him, he immediately offered to beat the other guy's price. Music to my ears! As we talked, he seemed genuine and just did not want to lose a deal to the other guy. (He is the internet sales guy also) He didn't beat around the bush. He beat all other prices, Gave me all the time I needed, and sent me away with a deal I was happy with. THey also beat my best financing deal. THis was my most positive car shopping experience in all my years (many). Short, to the point, and made me feel like i got a deal (you never really know whether or not you got a deal). I did look online for what was said to be a good/great deal and mine was lower than the posted "great"deal. THanks Tom Wood, Thanks Brad Roberts! THanks to all the other sales people in Indy for not bugging me after I didn't buy from you. You proved to me you didn't need my business. Good luck with that. More
