Outstanding experience. We found the Highlander we were looking for on-line at Tom Wood Toyota in Indianapolis. We input our info online and scheduled an early afternoon appointment. We arrived an hour e looking for on-line at Tom Wood Toyota in Indianapolis. We input our info online and scheduled an early afternoon appointment. We arrived an hour early and were greeted by Michael, whom we had received a confirmation call the day previously, and he recognized our stated trade-in vehicle and approached us with a very friendly manner, greeting us by name, and carrying a file with all the particulars - the vehicles (Highlanders) that we had expressed an interest, and our trade vehicle. It turned out the the one that was our first preference was the the only remaining of the two that we had indicated...and it was everything, and more than we would have wanted. Throughout the entire visit, Michael was straight forward, explained various options for us when the payment price exceeded what we had been prepared to pay. We had an opportunity to discuss the pros-and-cons with various proposed financing options and resorted to leasing for a 3 year term, and came away with a very fair trade-in allowance for our car, a payment we could afford, and a very remarkably and attractive residual at the end of the lease term. We drove away feeling very satisfied with the experience. A long time Toyota fan (I've had Landcruiser, Camry, Corolla and currently own a Tundra), the Highlander makes a superb addition to our Toyotal line-up of high-quality vehicles. I've purchased Toyotas in Texas, Dayton-Ohio, and Louisville-Kentucky. More surprising, and very gratifying was our experience at Tom Wood Toyota - very quick, very responsive, very willing to discuss needs and desires of the customer, and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve a satisfied customer!
