I have worked with 3 different service advisors now, and am now convinced they are all good. Most recently it was Scott Goodson. They are good in every possible way. I have a direct comparison in this case with another large area dealership representing a domestic brand, and I will not return there. The other place had my vehicle for 2 weeks before even looking at it! Then when the did, they did minimal work and charged me a fortune. I did not feel like they cared about me or my vehicle. Tom Wood service however, I highly recommend. I’m not saying it’s cheap, but you at least know you’re in good hands. More
