Mike and I worked for 30 days to structure a deal on a new Toyota Sienna (I am very deliberative in my negotiating). Our Sienna was detailed, had a full tank of gas, had the paperwork essentially completed, and was ready to go upon our arrival. Keith, also, had things ready to go relative to finalize the financials for the sale, and was also easy to work with. Both were friendly and energetic, and due to their prep work, we were in and out of the dealership with our new Sienna within one hour. I shopped with 8 different dealers to check prices, customer service and honesty, and found Mike and Ken to be superior to the others (particularly three dealers located in Lafayette, far west Indy, and Greenwood, who all lived down to the unfortunate negative expectations that many folks have of car dealers). I would strongly recommend Mike, Keith and Tom Wood Toyota to my friends and expect to shop there again! More
