My experience was very good, customer service wise. Service manager kept me informed regarding my vehicle. One thing I was disapointed in, was regarding my other concern regarding my vehicle and the t Service manager kept me informed regarding my vehicle. One thing I was disapointed in, was regarding my other concern regarding my vehicle and the transmission. Tech was unable to find any problem regarding my transmission concern. As soon as I left the dealership my concern was evident regarding my transmission as I pulled oput of the dealership. My Water Pump was replaced and I checked my coolant level and much to my surprise, my coolant reservoir was not filled up to the full level. Now, I either have to buy a gallon of Toyota Coolant or have service top off the vehicle which means I have to bring the vehicle back to the dealership! Other then that, everything regarding customer service met my expectations. More

I went to Tom Wood Toyota to purchase a new car. I ended up purchasing a new Toyota 4Runner. My current car recently had a severe engine issue and was requiring a new engine. While other local dealers offered very low trade-in offers and some wouldn't even take it as a trade-in, Jeremy Janes at Tom Wood offered me a very fair trade-in price and then an excellent deal on a Toyota. Jeremy gave me his personal cell phone number to call him anytime I had any issues. He also spent a lot of time with me explaining all of the new features of teh 4Runner. I was shopping around for a Prius c and had initially contacted the Andy Mohr Toyota location in Avon at the suggestion of a coworker. The woman who answered my call was nice... until she realized I wasn contacted the Andy Mohr Toyota location in Avon at the suggestion of a coworker. The woman who answered my call was nice... until she realized I wasn't a college graduate and therefore did not qualify for their "special" offer and reverted to frosty indifference and "someone will call you back with that information". Nobody did, even though I called twice more with other questions. I found Tom Wood Toyota later on a Google search and read some positive reviews... when I called, I spoke with Robbie Rodriguez. He answered all of the questions I asked and others I never thought to. I called during my lunch at work, but after we'd hung up he called and left me a voicemail with other information he thought I'd find useful and hours I could contact him during. When I showed up at the dealership with my four-year-old in tow to see the Prius c, Robbie didn't bat an eyelash at my son's antics and was as friendly and helpful as anyone could be. This was my first time buying a new vehicle and Robbie Rodriguez made it a wonderful experience. Three weeks later, I'm very much in love with my car and grateful for all the help he was able to provide while I was searching for it! More

I initially went in for service to my 2010 Camry, and left in a 2012 Camry-- quite unexpected!! I worked with Brad Roberts and he was very helpful, personable, and relatable in working w/me to find somet left in a 2012 Camry-- quite unexpected!! I was able to tell him what I was looking for in a vehicle, and he provided that for me. We went on a thorough test drive-- city streets and highway-- so that I was able to get a good feel of how the car rides. Brad was very helpful in working to get it to where I did not have to put any money down (as I was not even prepared to buy a vehicle, and my focus is currently on saving for a home), and my monthly car payments were the same amount (actually less-- it came up a few dollars when I purchased the extended warranty-- But was still w/in the amount of my current car payment!). I must say, I was quite pleased, and glad that I came to Tom Wood Toyota. More

Brad Roberts was my salesman, very courteous, helpful and not pushy. He pulled the car up front, I test drove it and liked it a lot. I told Brad I had a Highlander in the past. He suggested I drive one, he had just the right one for me on the lot. I drove it and loved it, not really intending to make a purchase that day. After talking price, again without feeling pressured, we own a Highlander I love to drive. I would highly recommend Brad Roberts and Tom Wood to my family and friends. More
