Camry Lease I recently leased a new Camry from Tom Wood. Two days before coming in I called and spoke to Emma Torres. She confirmed that she was able to get me th I recently leased a new Camry from Tom Wood. Two days before coming in I called and spoke to Emma Torres. She confirmed that she was able to get me the lease price quoted on the Toyota website. This was great as previously when I had called other dealers they somehow couldn't offer the price. Very frustrating. When we came into the dealership The test drive was set up with no problems. We agreed on the price and then went through the paperwork, and an introduction to the shop people. We were a little surprised about how long the paperwork took to process considering we had an agreed price from the get-go. However, I don't think this was Emma's fault. She even entertained our little baby. Car is running great. Thanks Emma More
No to Tom Wood Toyota Service Department Service dept- Erin is good, Vicky is okay, and the rest I don't trust at all based upon personal experience with them. I was told I needed a new batt Service dept- Erin is good, Vicky is okay, and the rest I don't trust at all based upon personal experience with them. I was told I needed a new battery by one of the service advisors and come to find out that wasn't true after getting 3 other professional opinions. They send surveys out all the time. No one at Tom Wood Toyota service pays attention to them. Their survey says "If you can't rate us 100% give us a chance to rectify it first". I talked to the service manager Jeremy and his boss' boss(African American male siting in the sales department- I can't remember his name). He was what I call a "nice nasty". He tried to act professional but came off really indignant. In summary, his message came off to me as he was saying 'if you want to keep coming here deal with the service advisor you like, it not then keep it moving and go somewhere else I don't need your business.' Duh, I know that and don't need sarcasm. I came to him to understand why would his service advisors tell me to get a battery replacement and I didnt' need one and I had the documentation from the other 3 professional battery checks. A coworker told me about this site so I'm going to see what the other Toyota dealers ratings are like to determine who to go to in the future. Really disappointed in them because I have been a long standing customer since 1996 when I owned my first Toyota. Sales Department - they are a little bit too pushy for me. More
