Poor post-sales experience The new Prius I purchased from Tom Wood has exceeded my expectations. However, I cannot say the same for their customer service. The Prius has an opt The new Prius I purchased from Tom Wood has exceeded my expectations. However, I cannot say the same for their customer service. The Prius has an option for the reverse warning to change to a single beep. Per the manual, it says “settings can be changed by your Toyota dealer”. I came in on a Saturday to try to get this done. The service department said they would do it for $59. I found this totally unacceptable and told them that, along with others on the sales floor. I left without having it done. I could understand the charge if this were not a new car, purchased elsewhere or required significant time to do. It takes a couple of minutes to make the change I asked for. I made other arrangements for the change and will look elsewhere for future service. More
