She spent a lot of time with us answering our questions both that evening and the following week as we looked through all of our options and made a decision about this important purchase. We had interactions with other staff members and were also impressed with their friendliness and helpfulness. We had experience another dealership where we felt like a "sale" rather than customers so we were very pleased with Erika and the rest of the staff treated us with respect, patience and seemed to really care about answering our thousands of questions.
