Simple Oil Change Scheduled an oil change with VIN # and vehicle description. Took vehicle in at 7:30am, at 9am the service guy came to tell me they didn’t have a lift Scheduled an oil change with VIN # and vehicle description. Took vehicle in at 7:30am, at 9am the service guy came to tell me they didn’t have a lift big enough to do the service. No compensation for time, no thought about the hour and half of wasted day that should have been spent in a facility that could take care of me. Will never use Tom wood Toyota again for any of my vehicles (10 service vehicles). More
