Poor customer service Customer service representative that worked with me treated me like he wanted nothing to do with me after I told him I'm only doing the oil change I c Customer service representative that worked with me treated me like he wanted nothing to do with me after I told him I'm only doing the oil change I came up there for. He recommended other services even before my cat was checked in for oil change but I told him to do the oil change and general inspection then I can take care of other findings at the end of the month. They ended up not doing the free inspection and he did not explain anything just handed the receipt and took my payment and moving on to the next task. More

Started out poorly, but Dealer was able to turn situation ar Emma Torres and Tom Reisinger did a great job in getting me my 2017 Toyota RAV 4. I visited the dealership and picked out a 2016 Toyota RAV4. I calle Emma Torres and Tom Reisinger did a great job in getting me my 2017 Toyota RAV 4. I visited the dealership and picked out a 2016 Toyota RAV4. I called 2 days later and was told that they car was still available so I went back to buy it. When I arrived at the dealership I was told that they were incorrect. The car had been sold. They had me drive a Subereau but car did not run right, but they showed me a 2017 RAV 4 that they had just taken in on trade. It turned out to be the car that I wanted so I bought it on October 21, 2019. Both Emma and Tom did a great job and got me the right car at the right price. More
