Incompetent Salesman, Sneaky Sales Manager Kenley was amazing at communicating since I came from 150 miles away. She worked with me consistently for 2 weeks and Never once reminded me of a sale Kenley was amazing at communicating since I came from 150 miles away. She worked with me consistently for 2 weeks and Never once reminded me of a sales person but more of an honest friend. That is saying alot coming from someone that has owned over 60 cars. They also offered me low retail price for my trade and a good price on my new Tundra not to mention a LIFETIME warranty! All great, and then..... in the deal they tried to add in $3-4k worth of extra warranty coverage without asking me not to mention they FORCE you to pay for a service they add to every car they sell. It is an anti theft number they place in 3 places on each car then without asking if you want this service charge you $279 for it. I repeatedly told them I do NOT want this and in the end they added it anyway. The also lost one of my new vehicle keys. They said they would overnight it... lol nearly a week later I sent an email about it. They said they didn't know why it had not been sent out when promised but it final was sent and I would receive it in about 5-6 days. Later that evening I receive a message from FedEx that I have an overnight shipment from Tom Wood... LOL Furthermore I have received a harassing email from Tom the salesman about the lost key??? Needless to say I will not be back. Warranty or no... More

Always & I mean always professional. I’ve been coming here for the past 10 years & every time I’ve been treated professionally & quickly. The staff are quick to take care of you whether on the phone or i here for the past 10 years & every time I’ve been treated professionally & quickly. The staff are quick to take care of you whether on the phone or in person & this new Center is beautiful with great amenities. I’ve conducted conference calls from their work stations so I didn’t have to miss anything at the office while my car was being tended to. This team makes it so I don’t dread bringing my car in for service. More

Poor customer service Customer service representative that worked with me treated me like he wanted nothing to do with me after I told him I'm only doing the oil change I c Customer service representative that worked with me treated me like he wanted nothing to do with me after I told him I'm only doing the oil change I came up there for. He recommended other services even before my cat was checked in for oil change but I told him to do the oil change and general inspection then I can take care of other findings at the end of the month. They ended up not doing the free inspection and he did not explain anything just handed the receipt and took my payment and moving on to the next task. More
