Dishonest, not to be trused. Purchased two vehicles, added extended warranties based on the fact that we could change our mind within a couple of weeks. We decided to not keep som Purchased two vehicles, added extended warranties based on the fact that we could change our mind within a couple of weeks. We decided to not keep some of the warranties, and more than 2 months later they can only offer excuses about why we don't have our money (over $2k). They keep finding excuses as to why we have not gotten our money, and will not give us anything in writing saying when we can expect our money. Next step is small claims court, but very disappointed they would treat an older military vet...or any customer this way. More
