As a Marine Corps veteran and the son of a former Nashville, TN dealership owner I know exactly what high standards looks like. After shopping around at other central Indiana Toyota dealerships we were pleasently shocked by what we experience in dealing with Matt Brown. I can't speak for the rest of the Tom Wood sales department, but Matt Brown is old school customer service perfected in today's world.
