My truck was with the service department for 11 business My truck was with the service department for 11 business days. I had to constantly follow up with them and ask them what was going on and what pro My truck was with the service department for 11 business days. I had to constantly follow up with them and ask them what was going on and what progress was being made with repairs. I even had to show up several times in person to check on status and get answers to my questions . It was very difficult to get the service advisors to answer their phones live. Their email system was not working for most of the time my vehicle was being repaired. This was also very frustrating to my insurance company that was trying to communicate with them and get information from them regarding my repair. On two separate occasions, they told me my vehicle was done and I showed up (via Uber) to get it and it was not fixed. The problem was finally diagnosed and everything was fixed properly, but this was a very frustrating experience overall. More
