I would recommend Tom Wood Toyota for service needs. That being said, for items that are not difficult to change yourself, do it yourself. The sales person listened to my needs . I wanted a Plain -Jane car with no upgrades, no frills, no expensive options..I did not receive any pressure at all to look at a higher priced car..They were willing to take in my 2012 Camry with 120,000 miles as a trade in. . In 2 days I bought a 2021 Toyota Carolla and drove it home on Dec. 31, 2020. I love the car.. I intend to bring the car back to Tom Wood Toyota for future service needs.. More
The truck I wanted to test drive was ready for me when I arrived for my 10am appt. My sales rep and the Finance Dept made things easy and I was on my way. Excellent service. Trey helped with everything car needed. It took 3 1/2 hours of my life to get my tires rotated and balanced, cooling system flushed and the car looked over for any needs. Andy Mohr never took more than 2 hours for anything they did. The dealership is okay, however, they are so busy, they do not take the time to really take care of your car. After leaving the dealership, I made a stop to eat, after that my car was completely dead, it w do not take the time to really take care of your car.
