My Toyota Camry was in for a recall service of a fuel pump during which time I was told I also needed a wheel alignment. I was very suspicious because the car was in a few weeks earlier for a regular mai pump during which time I was told I also needed a wheel alignment. I was very suspicious because the car was in a few weeks earlier for a regular maintenance and wheel alignment was never mentioned. One might say I might have hit a chuckhole that necessitated a wheel alignment between these two services schedules. I refused the alignment service that was suggested and saved about $300, I have been back twice since then for regular maintenance and the alignment issue never came up, confirming my initial suspicion of a bogus diagnosis. I wonder how many of your customers that came in for the recall fell for your scheme? I'm not sure if I can trust any of your diagnosis any more and I will have to go elsewhere for any of my maintenance and repair needs. . More

I spoke with a sales person while I was waiting this last time, and the gentleman was not pushing me to the service department at this dealership.
