The service manager wasn’t friendly. They removed my tire servicing sticker from Costco. When questioned, there was NO apology and gave a lame reasons. My car needs oil change every 10k miles. They posted it for 5k miles. When asked, the manager gave another lame reason that they didn’t check since which year Toyota started 10k oil change. Hearing this from an authorized dealer is hilarious. Another thing he told me was to go back for tire servicing!! Seriously!!! You removed my tire servicing sticker from Costco and you lied to me to change oil for 5k miles. Don’t trust this dealership anymore. More

Great experience with Tom Wood Toyota in Whitestown. I have been going there for service on my previous Toyota for a couple of years. I purchased a 2022 Sienna at Tom Wood Toyota in February 2022. When I first called their office, Sam answered my call and introduced me to Kevin Vaughn, our sales consultant. Kevin was super attentive and a 2022. When I first called their office, Sam answered my call and introduced me to Kevin Vaughn, our sales consultant. Kevin was super attentive and answered any question we had. At the beginning we were debating between Highlander and Sienna. Kevin got us to test drive a Highlander. At the time they didn't have a Sienna in stock but a few days later he managed to let us see a Sienna that they received. Then we put a down payment to reserve a Sienna. Kevin kept us updated from time to time during the ~1 month waiting period and messaged us the day before its delivery. On the day of the delivery, we first test drove it (yeah, it was crazy that we had not driven it till then). He was very patient as we made our final decision. As we finished the initial paper work before moving to the finance officer, I had to make a phone call. It was very gracious for them to offer an office for me to use for an hour. I brought in my SUV for a trade-in. They gave me a lowball price (I think) so I didn't take it. At the finance officer's office, the finance officer first put a BS fee on the invoice that we argued for a while and eventually he agreed to take it off. At the end the finance officer apparently became impatient (at least) and didn't bother to leave his eyes off the computer when we left. As we are leaving with our new Sienna, Kevin explained a lot of functionalities that was new to us. He always gives you the right size of information and does not bore you with the information you already know. He does not oversell you something you don't need. Although the experience with finance officer wasn't great, our experience with Tom Wood Toyota was positive overall. Would definitely recommend Kevin. More
