I inquired at several different dealers & no one had the vehicle (Corolla crossover) in stock. The difference is Tom Wood Toyota kept in touch with me. Notified me when they had one available. Sam was great to work with. My main issue was being forced into $1300 in added dealer fees for things I didn't even want. A paint coating that wasn't even buffed off all the way My main issue was being forced into $1300 in added dealer fees for things I didn't even want. A paint coating that wasn't even buffed off all the way for $995, and theft registration for $275. I have full coverage insurance, why would I care to pay to help my insurance recover stolen parts? Other than this, the dealer is great. More
