A few weeks went by, Chriss stayed in contact with me showing cars she thought would interest me. I was still researching cars as well. Still undecided, I decided to just go visit Tom Wood Subaru besides there was a car I kind of liked. Chriss was surprised to see me, probably because I am the shopper most sales representatives prefer not to work with due to my sluggish ways. Nevertheless, she warmly embraced me. During my second test drive with the car I kind of liked, I was disappointed. So disappointed that we didn't even make it out the parking lot. This disappointment must have been noticeable to Chriss because she looks at me and says, ”it’s okay, I'll help you find something you like”.
