That's nice. Greg Begley walked me through every bit of the Subaru customer care setup, which really is impressive. I think we have a genuine corporation-with-a-conscience here, folks! Greg helped me order the exact car I wanted, exactly the way I wanted it, and clarified areas where I could get more for my money by making better choices.
