Everything was great except my husband was the one who waited for the car. He is crippled and limps with a cane. When he paid he was handed the paperwork and told that the car was “up front”. After limping past seven cars waiting for service he found our car parked on the side of the building behind another car. The doors were locked and he couldn’t get in. So he had to limp back to the service desk and ask for the fob. It was found hanging two service desks down from where he’d gotten the paperwork. He was not happy! More

Although it takes a while for waiting this car arriving, with Mike's service and help it totally worth it! Tom Wood Subaru is an outstanding dealership. I understand going all of the technology in the vehicles, our salesman did a great job, informing us about the technology, however, take the customer I understand going all of the technology in the vehicles, our salesman did a great job, informing us about the technology, however, take the customers to the vehicle after finance and go through it with them rather than just owners manuals. I think that would shorten the 4 hour average of going over the manuals. More
