Hidden Charges Only complaint is hidden charge for "theft deterrent insurance". This was an extra $279 for nothing but registering my vehicle on some database. I feel this charge was not explained and since we did not ask about it just showed up on final bill.. When we asked about it at closing, we were told it was on the original agreement and they would not remove it. Sort of soured the buying experience for us. Everything else was OK. More

We did a test drive and he thoroughly explained all of the features of the car and what the difference between models were. After selecting a car, Nick went through all of the warranty information throughly and made sure that all of my questions were answered, which was great. Nick spent lots of time with me and I felt like I was his only point of attention during the entire time we were purchasing my vehicle. Very happy with my experience and the salesmanship provided here. Looking forward to coming back here for my next vehicle! More
