We strive to provide excellent customer service to all our guests. Yesterday, when I spoke to you on the phone, I told you our team is committed to addressing your concerns. I asked that you come back in so we could fix the scratch that you're accusing us of doing. Instead, you chose to belittle me and my staff and say how horrible our store is and that we're comical, so it seems as if you do not want to accept the help I was offering. Joe, So much for your spin. For the record, so all can understand the issues I will publish. It took over 2 weeks to get an appointment for an oil change. As instructed I arrived by 8AM, but it still took 2 days to complete the work. There was no communication about a delay. I had to check in on day 2 to find out when my car would be ready. I received an oil change, brake fluid flush and air filter replacements plus a battery for my key fob. My bill was $1920. My car arrived spotless inside and out. It was returned dirty inside and out with exterior & interior scratches. Our initial contact came as a result of a text you sent me asking me to rate your company well when Porsche NA sent me their online survey. On top of the short comings I have noted I believe trying to resolve a customer complaint by text is just more poor customer service. When you and Tom Kashman knew the nature of the complaint it is my opinion someone should have picked up the phone and called then. You only called once, 10 days after I alerted you there was a problem. That 1 call was prompted by my request that you call me because I was tired of your vague text messages indicating you were waiting for direction from your boss Tom Kashman. You were not offering solutions...nor did you ever. Joe, your commitment is a joke in my opinion if you or any other Tom Wood employee thinks this is service consistent with Porsche expectations, let alone a customer's. If this is the best your store can offer, it is far from comical....it is sad. As titled, it was " A very poor experience from beginning to end".
