Top Notch, Honorable Dealer. Committed to value their client What a dealership! We (I) have not a single bad thing to say about Tom Wood Porsche. I will say that the level of class and integrity that Joe Cordova, George Wright, and John Moses have shown us is bar none. These gentlemen are class acts, and true gems to have representing an automotive business. While we didn't buy one of the thoroughbred Porsche's on the lot, we did buy a used Jeep Wrangler that was not of their preferred specialty cars. Even though, our level of service was that of buying a one-off Porsche. This is somewhat unbelievable in the used car market to us, as most used car dealers we have dealt with in the past do not cater to this level of service for their non-specialty used vehicles. Here is a case example of the organization that is being run over at Tom Wood Porsche and how it is phenomenal. A few days after we purchased the vehicle the check engine light came on. It was a used vehicle, and we did not add any aftermarket warranties. We accepted the “AS IS” status when we purchased it. With that said, we called the dealer and let them know. Holding them to a statement made after we purchased it to let them know of any problems. Almost immediately, they said take it to the nearest Jeep dealer and have them call us with the recommended fix. We did just that, and sure enough they agreed to cover the cost of the fix! This right here is the definition of class and will make them first on the list for our future vehicle purchases. We buy a lot by the way. Yearly. We normally buy new for this exact reason and understand used cars will need more work than a brand new one. Although, with the way this dealer honors their commitment to service and will stand by their stock even after the sale is done, we may not be so quick to only buy new. Thank you for your commitment to exceptional service, and we cannot wait to come back for future purchases. We did have an eye on a few of your dealer’s new primary vehicles! More

Check out & replace ignition switch. Key was hard to turn in ignition. Service department checked & ultimately replaced ignition with a new one. Bit expensive, but good service. Declining service Porsche had our car for an extended period of time when they fixed our fuel pump (1st) and performed the diesel “fix.” After getting our car back it Porsche had our car for an extended period of time when they fixed our fuel pump (1st) and performed the diesel “fix.” After getting our car back it did not run right, the car lurched every time we excelerated. The brakes were very loud every loud every time we breaked. I tried calling Triston, our main contact person and was given the run around for a solid 3 weeks - vacation, out sick, etc until finally the front desk told me that he was no longer with the team. I asked for Jeremy and was informed he was no longer with the team either. It would have been professional and appreciated if they had told me from the beginning rather than wasting my time. Finally we are put in contact with Jon Castle. I dropped off the car and gave him my laundry list of complaints - lurching, brakes, air conditioning not working, oil refill sign (have had to refill our oil a couple of times and just wanted to make sure this was normal). As usual there was an issue w/ getting a loaner 🙄. Jon said he would call me by the end of the day with a full report of the workup report, no call. Actually no call for 2 days, then I called him. He couldn’t tell me what was wrong, citing the mechanic had not entered his report. He still said he was going to have my car ready within the week.....our car was in repair for 4 weeks!!!! I really felt like we got the run around the entire time. After all that when our car was returned to us it wasn’t even vacuumed, I was not expecting a detail but at the least the car should have been wiped down, vacuumed, and washed. The cherry on top was right after getting our car back the “oil change” sign appeared, extremely frustrating!!!!! This is a simple maintenance service that should have been caught while they had our car for 4 weeks. Now I have to call to schedule that service. I have to say since Jeremy was promoted to the head manager our service experience with this Porsche service department has been poor and very frustrating. More
