Service not performed as requested I did research on having my brakes power bled after disconnecting the lines to get the brake calibers reconditioned. The site overwhelmingly said if y I did research on having my brakes power bled after disconnecting the lines to get the brake calibers reconditioned. The site overwhelmingly said if you break your lines you need to have a Porsche system tester 2 so you can actuator valves on cars that have Porsche stability management installed from the factory to get all the air out. I called and requested this to be done they said yes we can do this we have the test unit. Picked up the car brakes didn’t feel any different called and asked about the procedure and they did not use the system tester. Wasted my time paid for an Uber brought in my own brake fluid which was very expensive and now I have to go back on Friday waste more time and hope they do it correct this time. Not a happy customer to say the least. Matt the service tech was nice to work with. He agreed to do the service again which takes two people free of charge but the point is I’ve wasted time and money and they’re not reimbursing me for the expenses I’ve already incurred. More
