I want to drive my Cayman all year round and a John explained your winter tire and wheel storage program. This is very important to me and the cost is reasonable. I will bring my summer tires and wheels to TW this Spring for installation. I will ask for John on my next visit. Your prices for the oil change and brake fluid flush were competitive with independent Porsche service providers. You have my business if you continue to do this! Dan Erxleben, Service Tech. took the time to explain to me what he did and how he did it. He checked my tires and refilled my windshield washer fluid. I will ask for Dan on my next visit. I asked Will to photo document any body damage and interior damage. I don’t have any and I wanted the 718 returned to me in the same condition it was in when it was returned to me. It was! I was allowed to watch my 718 being serviced from the customer center. This was very important to me also. I had a great experience at Tom Wood Porsche!
