I was interested in purchasing a pickup truck and had researched, test drove, and made inquiries on numerous trucks from numerous dealerships. I found a very nice 2013 Ram Laramie 1500 online and was shocked to see it was at Tom Wood Porsche. Early Saturday morning I set out to see if the truck was available, and upon my arrival I was happy to see it was still in stock. Car shopping with my mother alongside, we were shocked to see that we were not being swarmed or harassed by aggressive salesman, instead we were being assisted by a kind, helpful, and very attentive salesman by the name of Lee. Lee went out of his way to assist my mother (who had recently had knee surgery), in getting out of the old vehicle, getting into the new vehicle, even going so far as to have someone squeegee the floor so she would not slip. When talking to my mother or discussing details, he would speak directly to her, never making her feel like she was invisible because she was a woman. My mother and I both agreed, we may be in a Porsche dealer, but we were never made to feel like we didn’t fit in, or made to feel like our purchase didn’t matter. The finance manager was excellent and kind, they gave me more than I could have asked for In trade in value, and simply made it as easy As possible to purchase a new vehicle Now, My wife is currently looking to purchase a Cayenne and I know that without a doubt moving forward, we will purchase many cars from Lee and Tom Wood Porsche.
