Over the years I have always received excellent service at Tom Wood Porsche. Last month John Castle and his team were exceptional in assisting with an issue. He was able to get me in that afternoon and install a replacement. Not only was the problem promptly resolved, but he also was able to put me in a loaner so I could make to an afternoon appointment. This place is piece of crap, lire's people and don’t buy anything from them. I bought a Lincolin navigator 2015 from them and started broke down in less than a month right after I bought it,(back camera n anything from them. I bought a Lincolin navigator 2015 from them and started broke down in less than a month right after I bought it,(back camera not working most of the time, engine over heating, tires pressure low and the heater not working)and when I called too many times and finally talked to the sales manager he said he has nothing to do with it and I should deal with it and this is not their problem because I didn’t bought a warranty from them even if the car still has the factory warranty. He doesn’t even try to help me or make something work for me,That’s crap I bought the car for almost $30000 in August and now I have to fix it and pay for it.. you guys are a big liars and your service are sucks and your sales team are not Professional. I will tell everyone about how you guys are and I will post this every where so people knows the truth about you guys. Good luck. More
