If the inspection finds areas of need the client is informed and since the recommended service is color coded it gives a clear picture as to how urgent the repair is. I like this feature as it allows for adjustments needed in the upcoming personal budget. Several of the service folks have helped me before and on this visit, Erin Powell was my rep. She is friendly and appears to be knowledgable and can explain procedures in explicit and easy to understand language. I was impressed that she was attentive to my comfort during my wait. Friendly service; nice shuttle service. But beware the pricing. When I called for a price on a basic oil change I was given a price and then it was $20 more due to ‘disposal fees’ and such. Not cool.
