Tom Wood Nissan employeees have been very nice to me. Randy helped me by a new Altima & didn't pressure me. He was very understanding to my financial situation. I purchased a new vehicle in 2008, four months later the screw in my center console fell out causing it to rock back and forth, went to have it fixed, the screw was screwed back in the same hole, fell out a screw in my center console fell out causing it to rock back and forth, went to have it fixed, the screw was screwed back in the same hole, fell out again a month later, went to have it fixed and the screw was screwed back in the same hole, went back again, screw was screwed and same hole and it fell out again. Since I waited so long to call them and have it fixed again, they will not fix it without me paying for it, even though it's a problem with the way they attempted to "fix" it in the first place, I still have the extended warranty, which I was told will not cover this. They now told me I have to pay to get a diagnostics test done on my center console before they will even consider fixing it. No one is returning my calls, I put in calls to consumer affairs and even made it as high as the General Manager and I have yet to receive a phonecall back. This is the worst customer service I ever received. I will NEVER recommend TOM WOOD NISSAN to anyone I know interested in a Nissan and as far as their service department goes - they lack talent and they lack customer service. They obviously are not trained mechanics if they continue to screw a screw into a hole when it is obviously stripped. More
