From the time I made an appointment to the time I left I felt at ease. The person I made the apppointment with was not pushy and was very knowledgable. Excellent experience! Service Dept Guys were friendly, professional and treated me great. They informed me of and showed me a minor issue with the exhaust system of car. The Waiting Area was very customer friendly (except I couldn't figure out how to change the channel on the too small TV) and had a very nice merchandise presentation.
