Excellent experience! Service Dept Guys were friendly, professional and treated me great. They informed me of and showed me a minor issue with the exhaust system of car. The Waiting Area was very customer friendly (except I couldn't figure out how to change the channel on the too small TV) and had a very nice merchandise presentation. This was the first time I had to take the car in for it's oil change. The Service department greeted me by name as they open my car door, went over what would be done to the car and then had shuttle service oil change.
