In the past I have not had good things to say about the service department at Honda. I have been in for oil changes, that I had an appointment for, and sat waiting for well over an hour. I consider that ridiculous, when I can walk into an oil change place and get in and out in 15 minutes without an appointment. This appointment, however, was the first time I have had the pleasure of dealing with Clarence. He was extremely polite and informative. Not only was his customer service outstanding, but I had actual service done on my car, not just an oil change, and I was out in less than an hour. Very positive experience! More

I bought my Honda sport from Tom Wood Honda in Aug. 09. There was a recall on a spring in the engine. So I took it up there for the recall but after rotating my tires as I had asked they found that they we There was a recall on a spring in the engine. So I took it up there for the recall but after rotating my tires as I had asked they found that they were not good. Such a shame that on 27,000 miles and I had to but buy new ones. My husband checked around and he said they had the best price so while the car was up there they installed new tires. Very good service and friendly employees.
