He has always treated me with respect and courtesy, and that means a lot to me. If anything about the work is not quite right, they make it right without charging more money, but it is rare to have to take the car back for any reason after it has been serviced or repaired. More

In the past I have not had good things to say about the service department at Honda. I have been in for oil changes, that I had an appointment for, and sat waiting for well over an hour. I consider that ridiculous, when I can walk into an oil change place and get in and out in 15 minutes without an appointment. This appointment, however, was the first time I have had the pleasure of dealing with Clarence. He was extremely polite and informative. Not only was his customer service outstanding, but I had actual service done on my car, not just an oil change, and I was out in less than an hour. Very positive experience! More
