I gave the rating because they asked me if i wanted all the service on the 60,ooo mile maintenance. I didn't need the tires rotated. they also said the power steering fluid and bread fluid would need check the service on the 60,ooo mile maintenance. We have been very pleased with our experience with the sales people when purchasing this car. It is really great to drive. Today we took it in for the first oil change. Clarence was the contact person I worked with. I called to ask about a Honda we were looking to purchase from another dealership.
