My ratings were based on the overall service I had during my visit for oil change and tire rotation. During my visit I was provided information on vehicle accessories and Tom Wood Honda's ability to do diff my visit for oil change and tire rotation. During my visit I was provided information on vehicle accessories and Tom Wood Honda's ability to do different installations. I was rewarded with a 15% discount on any accessory purchase. My service advisor also helped me with re-programing my door lock feature to unlock all doors when put into the park position. It was also recommended that my cabin air filter be replaced. My service provider showed me my existing cabin air filter which showed dirt collection. This was replaced as well during my visit. I also requested a list of accessories for my Accord and was provided with a list of all features and the installation prices for all items. I was also shown stock accessory item that I plan on buying (trunck tray). My service experience was excellent. I look forward to future needs on my 2010 Honda Accord through Tom Wood Honda.
