I was way past overdue for maintenance on my vehicle. I really expected there would be several things that needed to be replaced/repaired. I was impressed that even though there was another item close to needing attention, I wasn't pressured into having it done "right now." I caught my right front bumper and cracked it. It was hanging down. They were able to tie it in place until I determine what to do with that. They had my vehicle ready to go much sooner than I thought they would. More

They treated me with professionalism and courtesy from the moment I My experience with Tom Wood Honda of Anderson, Indiana was one of amazement. They treated me with professionalism and courtesy from the moment I arrived at their dealership. The amazing part of this story was that I didn't bring in a Honda vehicle for service at all. Instead I brought in a 2011 Chevy Malibu 1LT in for an oil change after receiving a discount coupon in out regular postal mail some weeks earlier. Brian Shores immeadiately assigned me to a service employee and he began taken information from me concerning the nature of my visit to Tom Wood Honda. After that, my car was promptly taken to service to begin work on it. I was shown the complimentary service area and asked if I would like something to drink e.g. coffee, soda, etc. I was kept apprised of the work being done on my vehicle during the time it was in the service department. Upon completion of service to the Chevy Malibu 1LT, I was then escorted to the service garage area where everything was explained to me as it related to the servicing of my vehicle. I then presented my coupon to the service technician and paid for the oil change to my vehicle minus the coupon sent to me.
