I had my vehicle serviced at Anderson Honda yesterday March 14, 2024. When I arrived, there were 2 men at the service desk. They were in a conversation and I waited for them to finish. They didn't. After realizing that they were not going to greet me, I went to the other service desk that had no people there. Eventually a lady helped me. When I told her I wanted to make sure that they used synthetic oil. She knowingly said, "All our vehicles have synthetic oil." Okay. My Honda truck I bought new and it came with motor oil. I changed to synthetic. It showed me she didn't know much about the Honda vehicles. When I told her I had something on the driver's side rear door, that I wanted removed and I had purchased the clear coat (I don't know the name Honda uses) and that Honda said that they could get anything off. She looked at me and said she didn't think so. Once again, she didn't know much about the Honda's she was employed to deal with. As for the area to wait, it was no different than the place you go to buy tires. Not what I expected from Honda. Toyota's lounge for those who wait is wonderful. Toyota offers several drink selections and also have small snacks. Honda can charge high prices for their vehicles, yet treat their customers poorly. I don't think I will buy another Honda because I don't want to have to go through the experience like I had yesterday. I will likely buy Toyota, for the experience waiting- there is no comparison. Honda get a D. Toyota gets an A. What really put salt in the wound was when Honda texted me a link to give my review. The link goes to nowhere. A bad link sent to me, your customer. It just looks like you guys don't know what you're doing. More

We purchased a brand new 2024 Honda Odyssey on January 2, 2024 from Tom Wood Honda. Our salesman was Jay. We overall had a good experience with the purchase. After 3 weeks of owning the vehicle, the screen c 2024 from Tom Wood Honda. Our salesman was Jay. We overall had a good experience with the purchase. After 3 weeks of owning the vehicle, the screen cracked overnight. I am the sole driver on the vehicle, and I know that no damaged was done to the screen on my end. It looks as if there was prior damage to the screen. Where the crack appears to have originated on the screen is not somewhere that could be easily accessed due to it being on the bottom of the screen. Honda is refusing to replace it and so is Tom Wood Honda. I was quoted $1,200 for the screen and that price does not include the labor. More

Great service. Jonathon got my car in for a routine oil change. Had a bit of a wait with a lot of customers arriving but it was still as good as I always expect and Jonathon got my car in for a routine oil change. The communication with this dealer was very poor. I was never called about my vehicle and upon calling with questions, I never got my questions answered either.
