Terrible Service!! I will NEVER take my car to Tom Wood Honda again! Nothing but terrible service. Took over 2 weeks to fix something simple on my car. Just kept getting I will NEVER take my car to Tom Wood Honda again! Nothing but terrible service. Took over 2 weeks to fix something simple on my car. Just kept getting excuses after excuses from Brandon and Zach the manager. Never had any communication, I always had to call them to get updates on my car. Manager not apologetic at all just kept giving excuses. Never take your car to get serviced there! More

Waited 1 hr 15 min for an oil change Oil change at $50 is higher than other places who do it. Long wait for a basic service but I did ask them to check a sound. It was my rack and pinion. Replacement cost is then double that of what my regular mechanic priced it at. Crazy pricing. More
