Be more aware Wait an hour and a half to get an oil change and tire rotation and come home and they didn't reset my odometer or put a sticker on top to let me know Wait an hour and a half to get an oil change and tire rotation and come home and they didn't reset my odometer or put a sticker on top to let me know when oil is due.. my maintenance light is on now saying it’s due soon.. They offered to fix it but I have to come back and once I do they will fill up my tank and free tire rotation next time but a little inconvenient to drive back when I’m 45 mins away when it was a 20 second fix that they carelessly didn’t do.. There is a Honda dealership in my town but I have never been satisfied with their customer service. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to go to Tom wood and I was not disappointed. Everyone was professional and explained the process. I was even impressed with my phone call to make the appt. I was In and out within 30 minutes. I will definitely be back. More

Wheel and tire warranty/repair Popped a tire due to pothole. Explained I had wheel and tire insurance to service mgr. and explained an assessment had to be completed first and tha Popped a tire due to pothole. Explained I had wheel and tire insurance to service mgr. and explained an assessment had to be completed first and that they then needed to call the claims department for verification/coverage. Repaired my tire, but never called insurance company. They are now denying my claim to be reimbursed $213. Call the service manager the next day but was too busy to assist me. Then stopped into the dealership the day after that and was too busy to help me at that point, that was standing around talking to fellow associates at the dealership instead of addressing my issue. Will be calling general manager of the dealership and Honda HQ next. More
