They offered to fix it but I have to come back and once I do they will fill up my tank and free tire rotation next time but a little inconvenient to drive back when I’m 45 mins away when it was a 20 second fix that they carelessly didn’t do.. Everyone was professional and explained the process. I was even impressed with my phone call to make the appt. I was In and out within 30 minutes. I will definitely be back. More

Wheel and tire warranty/repair Popped a tire due to pothole. Explained I had wheel and tire insurance to service mgr. and explained an assessment had to be completed first and that they then needed to call the claims department for verification/coverage. Repaired my tire, but never called insurance company. They are now denying my claim to be reimbursed $213. Call the service manager the next day but was too busy to assist me. Then stopped into the dealership the day after that and was too busy to help me at that point, that was standing around talking to fellow associates at the dealership instead of addressing my issue. Will be calling general manager of the dealership and Honda HQ next. More
