I’m disappointed in the service I received here . The service guy at the desk did not call me to update me about my car. Did not listen to my concerns about my vehicle. When you bring your car in for service they are suppose to wash your vehicle and I did not receive that type of service at all.! I felt like because I’m a female I didn’t have a voice and when I explained about my car I wasn’t heard. I don't like leaving this type of review as it reflects on the terrible service I received . The issues about my car were not taken care of and of anything it was a waste of my time . I’m extremely disappointed as this dealership was highly recommended to me As I not only owned but paid cash for as that car got me through living homeless . Haven’t had a pleasant experience since I bought the car and if I had known things would turn out this way i wouldn’t have purchased from here More
