Awful experience! Quickly recieved a call for several repairs that were not needed and clearly vehicle not actually looked over. Awkward call and no prices given when informing me I needed repairs. Needed service for my Pilot and received very prompt appointment time. Greg is very friendly and courageous in helping me with what service I needed. He informed me about recommending scheduled service appointment time. Greg is very friendly and courageous in helping me with what service I needed. I had my Honda Accord hybrid in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service department was right on schedule. The work was completed as promised. Expensive. Was not given an explanation of the cost before or after completion ended up paying over $900. Did provide a loaner vehicle.
